Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Guestrar Inventory platform, mobile application, and related services.
1 Platform Purpose & Services
Guestrar Inventory provides cloud-based software for managing stock movements, delivery challans, item categories, customer/vendor party directories, and multi-user tenant roles.
Guestrar grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and utilize the service during your subscription term, subject to compliance with these Terms.
2 User Accounts & Security Credentials
- Email Accuracy: Each administrator and sub-admin account must be registered with a unique, verified company email address.
- Credential Safeguards: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login passwords, OTP verification codes, and API bearer tokens.
- Notification of Compromise: You must immediately report any suspected breach, unauthorized challan dispatch, or account compromise to our support desk.
3 Subscription Packages & Expiry Grace Policy
Guestrar services are provided on a subscription basis governed by specific validity periods set by Platform Super Administrators:
• Active Subscription:
Unrestricted access to stock records, creating delivery challans, updating parties, and printing dispatch documentation.
• Expired Package Mode (Read-Only):
When your company package validity expires, your account enters secure read-only mode. Users can review existing stock balances and download historic challans, but creating, editing, or deleting records is temporarily restricted until renewal.
4 Tenant Ownership of Inventory Data
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all items, prices, delivery documents, and party contacts uploaded or entered into your tenant space. Guestrar makes no claim of ownership over your inventory assets.
You grant Guestrar only the limited license necessary to host, process, backup, and display the data on your behalf to deliver the services.
5 Prohibited & Acceptable Conduct
Users and tenant organizations agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass multi-tenant scoping or access unauthorized company databases.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform APIs or client applications.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, flood API endpoints, or conduct automated penetration testing without written consent.
- Use the platform to document or track illegal substances or illicit goods prohibited by applicable law.
6 Platform Uptime & Service Level
We target 99.9% platform availability. Periodic scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever feasible. While we perform regular automated backups, organizations are encouraged to export routine challan reports for local compliance records.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Except as explicitly set forth herein, Guestrar Inventory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guestrar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular commercial purpose.
In no event will Guestrar be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from inventory stock discrepancies, transport delays, or loss of profits.
