How do I access my company account?
Your platform administrator onboards your company with an email address. Visit the portal login, enter your registered email, and proceed with an OTP or your password.
What happens when a package expires?
Your account enters read-only mode so you can view historic challans and check stocks without interruption. New record entry re-enables once your subscription is renewed.
Can we assign permissions to staff?
Yes. Company administrators can create sub-admins and customize specific permissions for Challans, Inventory, Parties, Items, and Reports.
